- Eligibility & Authorised Access
This digital magazine platform is exclusively for employees of Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) and their immediate family members as permitted by CWC. Access is strictly restricted to eligible CWC employees and their authorised family members. Outsiders, general public or unauthorised persons are not permitted to access the platform. - Verification of Users
Delhi Press may, from time to time, share the registered user details with CWC for verification. CWC shall verify and confirm whether the users are its employees or eligible family members. Delhi Press and/or CWC may suspend or block access where a user is found to be unauthorised or does not meet the eligibility criteria. - Unauthorised Access
If any outsider or unauthorised person is found accessing CWC-related information or Delhi Press Digital Magazines through the platform, their access may be immediately blocked or suspended without prior notice. - User Credentials
Login credentials, OTPs, passwords or other access details are personal to the authorised user and must not be shared, transferred or provided to any unauthorised person. - Use of Digital Content
The Digital Magazines are provided for authorised viewing only. Users must not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, forward, publish, commercially exploit or share the magazines or their content without prior written permission from Delhi Press. - Intellectual Property
All magazines, articles, photographs, illustrations, designs, trademarks and other content available on the platform are owned by or licensed to Delhi Press / Delhi Prakashan Vitran Pvt. Ltd. and/or the respective rights holders. Access to the platform does not transfer any ownership rights to the user. - Subscriber / Reader Limit
The authorised subscriber/reader base under this arrangement shall be limited to 2,000 users, unless otherwise agreed in writing between CWC and Delhi Press. Once the agreed limit of 2,000 users is reached, Delhi Press may freeze the applicable subscriber/user list for the relevant subscription/access period. - Sharing of Subscriber Details
Once the subscriber/reader base reaches the agreed threshold of 2,000 users, CWC shall provide the relevant subscriber/user details to Delhi Press as per the agreed process and applicable privacy/data-protection requirements. The information may be used for subscription administration, access management, verification, reporting and related purposes. - Suspension, Termination & General Terms
Delhi Press and/or CWC may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, shares credentials, attempts unauthorised access, or fails CWC’s eligibility verification. Delhi Press reserves the right to update these Terms or modify the platform from time to time, subject to applicable law.
